Challenge
A comprehensive Excel/VBA-based controlling tool had reached its limits.
The solution was powerful but not scalable, difficult to maintain and not suitable as a SaaS product. To turn it into a viable business, it needed to become a modern, scalable web application.

- Defined the tech strategy and solution concept
- Designed and built a multi-tenant SaaS platform in .NET
- Integrated accounting data sources (e.g. DATEV)
- Implemented financial visualization, P&L and liquidity planning
